Shipping limits: We give free shipping to anywhere in the United States. We ship anywhere outside the US for the S&H fee of $12. International orders have a shipping time of up to eight weeks.

Customer guarantee: Your infant or toddler is in store for a rewarding learning experience over the next few years. If you begin this program within the first two years of your child's life you can be assured he/she will be reading prior to entering kindergarten.

Return policy: There is no return policy on this program because it must be used over time for its impact to be realized. However, please notify The Toddler's Edge if the program arrives to you incomplete or with a damaged part. Missing or damaged material will be replaced immediately.

Payment options: We accept checks, money orders, bank drafts, etc. for phone and mail order transactions. Orders can also be made through PayPal. International mail orders must be sent using US currency. C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
